Product Introduction

JM-G01 is a multifunctional product synthesized from silicone oil and non-ionic antistatic agent, which can dissolve in water at any ratio. After finishing with a certain amount of silicone oil based soft antistatic agent, the fabric has better hydrophilicity, antistatic properties, and softness. Different varieties and molecular weights of silicone oil may have differences in softness and fluffiness, and the company can create exclusive multifunctional products for customers.

Application scope

Preparation of silicone oil based soft anti-static agent working fluid: silicone oil based soft anti-static agent 3.0% (weight ratio to water) bath ratio 1:20; Soft and anti-static finishing of fabrics: Pour the prepared silicone based soft and anti-static agent working solution into the rolling groove of the rolling mill, immerse and roll the fabric one by one (ensuring a cotton fabric residual rate of 75% ± 5% and a polyester fabric residual rate of 65% ± 5%), and bake it on a setting machine (temperature 170 ℃, time 1 minute); Performance testing: Conduct softness, hydrophilicity, and anti-static tests on the fabric before finishing and the fabric after finishing with silicone based soft anti-static agent according to industry regulations; Select the optimal usage ratio and the best silicone based soft anti-static agent variety based on testing.
