Product Introduction

JM-JL-1 is an ionic antistatic agent with multiple active functional groups. It can undergo cross-linking reactions on the surface of chemical fibers and wool at 120-160 ℃. Its functional groups are fixed on the surface of the fibers, and it has excellent antistatic, long-lasting, and washable properties.

Application scope

Preparation of anti-static working fluid: Prepare an anti-static working fluid with water at a concentration of 10g-50g/L. Add the tested or used amount of electrostatic agent to water, stir slightly, and disperse evenly; Preparation of anti-static fabric: Pour the prepared anti-static agent working solution into the rolling groove of the rolling mill, immerse and roll the fabric one by one (ensuring a residual rolling rate of 60%~80%), dry it below 100 ℃, and then bake it on the setting machine (160 ℃, 1 minute, leaving 5-10 minutes of reaction time from 120-160 ℃). The fabric treated with anti-static agent shall be subjected to humidity control and standby testing in accordance with the provisions of GB/T6529; Anti static fabric washability: Anti static agents with washability requirements should be washed according to the 7A program in GB/T8629; According to different requirements, washing options such as 5, 10, 30, 50, etc. can be selected. Alternatively, wash in hot water at 50-60 ℃ for 30 minutes. Then dry and test; Due to the different water absorption properties of fabrics, fibers, and wool, the amount of anti-static agent attached to the fabric after drying varies. Different concentrations of anti-static agents can be selected for testing; The testing standard can be based on durable anti-static cashmere knitted fabric FZ/T224013-2010 or HG/T4449-2012.
